OLD KENT FINANCIAL Corp., Grand Rapids, Mich., has elected David J. Wagner chairman and Robert L. Sadler president of Old Kent Bank and Trust Co., the holding company's lead bank.
Mr. Wagner will continue as chief executive officer of the bank and as president of Old Kent Financial.
Mr. Sadler was elected to the board of directors of the bank and will continue as vice chairman and a director of the parent company. John C. Canepa is chairman and chief executive officer of Old Kent Financial.
