Old National in Ind. Gives Chairman Title to CEO Jones

Old National Bancorp in Evansville, Ind., has given its chief executive Bob Jones the added title of chairman.

Jones, 59, will become chairman of the $12-billion-asset company at its May 12 annual meeting in Evansville. Jones will succeed Larry Dunigan, who has decided not to stand for re-election, the company said in a Monday news release.

Dunigan, 73, has been chairman since 2004 and a director since 1982. Jones has been president and CEO since 2004, and he formerly worked at KeyCorp.

Old National on Monday also named Becky Skillman the board's lead independent director. Skillman, 65, has been a director since 2013 and is chief executive of Radius Indiana, an economic development regional partnership in southern Indiana. Skillman is also a former lieutenant governor of Indiana.
