Omni Financial Services in Atlanta has purchased a Texas charter and is set to turn a Dallas loan production office into a full-service branch.
Irwin Berman, the president of Omni National Bank, said Thursday in a press release, "We opened our Dallas redevelopment lending office in April of this year, and we now look forward to bringing our full array of products and service to the Dallas market."
The $771 million-asset Omni bought the charter of the $48.8 million-asset Wilson State Bank for $2.3 million.
Most of Wilson State's assets were acquired by the $332 million-asset First Bank Lubbock Bancshares.
