Pennsylvania Bank Names Top Risk Officer

First Commonwealth Financial Corp. in Indiana, Pa., has named a company insider to become its chief risk officer.

The $5.9 billion-asset First Commonwealth also named Matthew Tomb to the post of associate general counsel, according to a press release Wednesday.

Tomb had been the company's senior vice president of legal and compliance. Before joining it in 2007, he was its outside counsel.
