Personnel: ConServe Announces Managerial Promotions, Hirings

ConServe, a Fairport, N.Y.-based accounts receivable management company, has promoted several employees to managerial positions and hired new personnel.

Kristopher Anauo — Anauo joined ConServe in March 2009 as an infrastructure analyst, and has been promoted to manager of network operations. Anauo has been instrumental in designing, implementing, and enhancing ConServe’s enterprise storage, computing and telephony platforms. He obtained his degree from Hobart College, and came to ConServe with industry experience managing IT for a smaller agency. 

Adam Brophy — Brophy joined ConServe in May 2012 as a debt counselor. He was promoted to mentor in February 2013, where he worked with several managers improving his leadership, game-planning and team-building skills. In February 2015, Brophy was promoted to frontline manager in the Department of Education at ConServe’s Cheektowaga, N.Y. office. Brophy graduated from Canisius College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health. He then earned his New York State Initial Teaching Certification. Before ConServe, Brophy worked in debt collections under the Department of Education contract at Enterprise Recovery Systems in Illinois.  

Orlando Dilone — Dilone joined ConServe in January 2015 as the manager of IT support services in the Fairport, N.Y. office. Dilone has worked for Eastman Kodak Company, Carestream Health, Harris Interactive, and has owned his own company.

Ryan Forshay — Forshay joined ConServe in August 2011 as a debt counselor. Forshay was promoted to mentor in November 2012. In February 2015, Forshay was promoted to onboarding manager in the Department of Education in the Fairport, N.Y. office. Forshay graduated from Buffalo State College with a bachelor’s degree in business management and started at ConServe immediately after graduation. 

Ashley McCarthy — McCarthy joined ConServe in May 2013 as a debt counselor, and was promoted to frontline mentor in September 2014. In February 2015, McCarthy was promoted to frontline manager in the Department of Education in the Cheektowaga, N.Y. office. McCarthy has her associate’s degree in business management.

Dominic Queirolo — Queirolo will be assuming the new position of associate vice president of client performance at ConServe. In his new role, Queirolo will be working collaboratively with the operations and sales teams to achieve aggressive and successful growth of the company in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization. He joined ConServe in June of 2008 as the director of staff development and currently leads the CORE team as the associate vice president.

Justin Sammarco — Sammarco joined ConServe’s Buffalo, N.Y. office in October 2011 as a debt counselor and then a mentor on the Department of Education contract. As of December 2014, Sammarco was promoted to frontline manager. Sammarco has been working in the financial industry for the past 12 years.

Bryan Winter — Winter joined ConServe’s Buffalo, N.Y. office in August 2012 as a debt counselor and then mentor on the Department of Education contract. Winter was promoted to frontline manager in December 2014. Prior to joining ConServe, Winter worked in technology sales.
