Pioneer Financial Services in Kansas City, Mo., has appointed Joe Freeman chief executive.
Freeman has served as president and chief operating officer of the $380 million-asset Pioneer since 2007, according to its press release Tuesday.

"Joe Freeman is well prepared to guide our company through this strategic evolution and drive the business as CEO, all while maintaining Pioneer's commitment to the community, our customers, our culture and our team members."
