PNC Bank Corp Names Executive

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

PNC Bank Corp., Pittsburgh, promoted Alan B. Trivilino to senior vice president in consumer banking.

Mr. Trivilino is responsible for developing an organization to market financial services to the mass market. He had been director of customer information.

He joined the banking company in 1983 and two years later became community banking officer. Mr. Trivilino was later promoted to assistant vice president and in 1988 was appointed program manager for the retail sales system. In 1990 he was named manager of the retail services group; in 1993, manager of branch operations; and in 1994, a member of the strategic planning and information group.

In addition, PNC's Wilmington, Del., subsidiary promoted assistant vice president Carolynn S. Iorii to sales and account relationship manager for its campus card program, which markets chip-based smart cards to colleges and universities.

Ms. Iorii had been an assistant vice president in merchant bank card services.
