Polonia in Pennsylvania Begins Search to Replace Retiring Chief

Polonia Bancorp in Huntingdon Valley, Pa., has begun looking for a new president and chief executive to replace its retiring CEO Anthony Szuszczewicz.

Szuszczewicz's will retire on Aug. 31, though he is expected to remain at the $302 million-asset company in an advisory role. Chief Financial Officer Paul Rutkowski will become interim CEO.

Robert Woltjen, a Polonia director, will succeed Szuszczewicz as chairman.

Polonia has five branches around Philadelphia.
