Powerful Advice for Women in Banking

Join the industry's leading women - including honorees from last year's ranking of The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking - for an engaging day of professional development created specifically for high-potential female executives in banking and financial services. The content will be a diverse mix of banking-focused sessions - including a talk from Naomi Camper, JP Morgan Chase's head of government relations, on how the election will affect banking - combined with personals stories and advice from today's female leaders and the opportunity to network with peers from around the industry.

Hosted by American Banker's senior-level female editors, the events are dubbed "The Mentor Factor" because of how they call on today's senior-level executive women to do their part to help women climbing up through the ranks. The next full day of professional development is scheduled for June 26 in New York. Senior-level women are invited to attend with their teams of high potentials; male executives are invited to sponsor their high-potential female employees to attend.
