Princeton National Exec to Retire

Princeton National Bancorp Inc. in Princeton, Ill., is looking for a new commercial banking manager.

The $709.2 million-asset company said last week that James Miller would retire on Feb. 4 and that it would launch a search to find his successor. Miller has been with Princeton National since 1979.

"As we look to transition … we are very cognizant of ensuring that we maintain the same high level of commitment to our community banking philosophy," Thomas Ogaard, the company's president and chief executive, said in a press release.
