Richmond Fed Promotes Executive to Vice President

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond on Monday named Anne Gossweiler vice president of supervision, regulation and credit department; she is to take on the role Jan. 1.

Gossweiler is to remain responsible for the department's operations and staff development unit, which she joined in May. Since joining the Richmond Fed in 1999, she has held posts including manager and assistant vice president in reserve accounts and administration officer in research. Before the Fed, Gossweiler worked in the Treasury Department for nine years.
