David B. Robb Jr., former managing director of J.P. Morgan Delaware's private banking group, has become president and chief executive officer of J.P. Morgan Florida, Palm Beach.

Mr. Robb succeeds Bruce T. Prolow, who earlier was named chairman of J.P. Morgan Florida, a subsidiary of J.P. Morgan & Co. that provides private banking services to clients throughout Florida.

Mr. Robb joined Morgan in 1990.
