The 40,000-square-foot facility in Mentor, about 30 miles from the company's headquarters in Valley View, will have 100 employees — 60 recently hired workers and 40 from Safeguard's headquarters. The new facility can house up to 400 workers. Safeguard has about 900 employees and thousands of contractors across the nation.
