Sibley Named President of South Miami's First National

Curtis F. Sibley has been elected president of First National Bank of South Miami, Fla., succeeding Lester W. Mandelbaum, who retired last month.

Bruce W. MacArthur continues as chairman of the board.

Mr. Sibley has been executive vice president and cashier of First National since Mr. Mandelbaum became president in 1990. Mr. Sibley also has been on the bank's board of directors and has been assistant secretary of First Miami Bancorp, the bank's parent company.

"We will continue to retain the old-fashioned hometown charm that everyone loves, but we will also keep pace with our customers. Our first priority is to meet our customers' needs," said Mr. Sibley.
