South Holland Trust and Savings Bank in South Holland, Ill., has promoted three employees to officer rank.
Brian C. Fisher, who had been senior systems support specialist, was named senior manager of technical services. He is responsible for the bank's computer systems, local and wide-area networks, item processing, and year-2000 compliance. Mr. Fisher joined the bank in 1984.
Barbara A. Graver remains in charge of loan administration, but her title changed. Since 1996 she had been credit quality/loan administration manager; now she is loan administration officer.
Ms. Graver came to the bank in 1994 as a mortgage loan servicing manager in the residential mortgage division. Earlier she had worked for Lemont Savings Association, which South Holland bought in 1991. She left Lemont before the sale, though, and worked for a mortgage company before joining South Holland.
Debbie Ann Gehrig was promoted to human resources officer from human resources administrator, a post she had held since 1991. She joined the bank in 1979.
