Texas Exchange Bank Enters Houston, Austin

Texas Exchange Bank in Crowley, Texas, said Tuesday that it had expanded into two cities to meet an increasing demand for commercial loans. 

The $95.4 million-asset bank said in a press release that it had opened a total of three loan production offices in Houston and Austin last month. Texas Exchange, which opened its first Forth Worth branch in November 2010, said it plans to enter Dallas and other major Texas markets next year.

The bank also announced in the press release a $7.5 million increase in bank capital.
