Total System Services Inc. has appointed company veteran Allen Pettis to oversee its major client accounts.
Pettis, who has worked there 24 years, was in charge of the Columbus, Ga., payment processor's commercial card division. In addition to becoming executive vice president for major account relationship management, he also is responsible for loyalty and prepaid products.
He is "passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering an environment that is a great place to work," M. Troy Woods, TSYS' president and chief operating officer, said in a press release Tuesday.
