UnionBanCal Corp.'s Union Bank of California NA said Executive Vice President Mary Curran, who heads the bank's wealth management group, will now report Johannes Worsoe, senior executive vice president and head of Global Markets, in a move to prepare for the expansion of the wealth management business.
Curran will work with managers from the asset management, investment brokerage, investment services and insurance units.
Shares of UnionBanCal were recently trading up $2.29, or 5%, at $48.45.
