Valley National Bancorp in Wayne, N.J., said Monday that it had added two of its senior executives to its board.
The $14 billion-asset company said in a press release that Peter Crocitto and Alan Eskow will also serve on the board for unit Valley National Bank.
Crocitto is the company's chief operating officer. He joined Valley National in 1977 and has held various positions in consumer lending, retail banking, business development and operations.
Eskow, Valley National's chief financial officer and controller, oversees the accounting, finance and treasury functions, as well as the company's investment portfolio and wealth management division. He joined the company 21 years ago.
