Fiserv Inc. said Wednesday that Wintrust Financial Corp. will use its sales management technology.
The financial holding company will adopt the Brookfield, Wis., vendor's EnAct system to get a companywide view of client relationships.
The technology will also help Wintrust track relationship management and other activities, Fiserv said.
"We empower our community banks to manage their clients and their markets locally, but we also want to leverage our combined scale and use the most advanced tools to serve our customers and grow our business," Tom Ormseth, senior vice president at Wintrust, said in a press release.
Wintrust, of Lake Forest, Ill., said it chose the EnAct system in part because of its integration with Microsoft Corp.'s Outlook e-mail software.
Wintrust owns 15 banking subsidiaries.
