Wintrust Warrants Net $25.6M

The Treasury Department expects to realize $25.6 million from its sale of warrants for common stock in Wintrust Financial Corp.

The Treasury said Wednesday that it sold warrants with the right to buy shares of the Lake Forest, Ill., company's common stock for $15.80 each. The warrants, which expire in December 2018, have a strike price of $22.82.
