Women in Banking: Who's Going Where

Beth Hendricks, formerly a vice president and chief risk officer for Fulton Financial Corp., has joined Southern National Bancorp of Virginia's Sonabank subsidiary as senior vice president, Enterprise Risk Manager.

Cheryl McNally is now the chief sales officer of Generation Mortgage Co., a reverse-mortgage lender. She brings more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience, including 10 years in the reverse-mortgage business. She previously was national sales manager for the senior products group at mortgage giant Wells Fargo.

Also in the mortgage world, Sarah Pichardo, who was recently ranked the number two loan originator in Virginia and number 58 in the nation by Origination News, has moved from George Mason Mortgage to Potomac Mortgage Group, where she joins as a vice president. Pichardo closed over $100 million in originations last year and will once again be working for a company led by Ed Dean, who hired her when he was president of George Mason Mortgage and is now CEO at Potomac Mortgage Group in Fairfax, Va.
