Small business professionals using the New Zealand cloud accounting software Xero can be alerted on their finances through Apple Watch.
The company announced on Monday the release of its Apple Watch app, which works alongside Xero’s existing iPhone and iPad apps.
Xero also announced support for the 3D Touch and fingerprint authentication features of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus handsets.
"With 3D Touch and Apple Watch we’re turning consumer technology into a vital tool for business owners, connecting them to the pulse of their business and allowing them to be more responsive to their customers," Xero’s chief executive Rod Drury in a press release.
