Electronic payment and banking technology provider ACI Worldwide is working with Integrated Research to develop new performance management software.
Called Prognosis 10 for Payments, the software integrates performance and fraud management features including transaction analysis, application monitoring and management for IT infrastructure and payment devices.
The software also supports mobile access, and produces real-time analysis of payments performance as well as historical reporting.
The companies are marketing Prognosis 10 to issuers, acquirers, processors, retailers and fraud management companies. The technology is designed to analyze multiple payment types and channels such as mobile, online, point of sale and ATMs.
