The product allows financial institutions to manufacture, personalize and fulfill EMV card production.

“For card issuers, the migration to EMV chip-cards is filled with unknowns. From increased production costs to uncertainty about overall return on investment, it’s no surprise issuers are apprehensive about transitioning their programs,” says Render Dahiya, CEO of Arroweye, in an Oct. 7 press release. “EMV On-Demand enables financial institutions to control costs when testing select EMV card programs without losing program flexibility or speed to market.”

The platform supports online and offline card authentication, a variety of customer verification methods and flexible data integration.

Earlier this year, Arroweye worked with Praxell, a prepaid card program manager and ABNote, a secure ID and payments company, to create Oakland, Calif.’s dual-purpose identification and prepaid card. Arroweye also launched CustomerConnect, combining its on-demand technology with existing customer data streams to build one-to-one card messaging and marketing programs.
