Sandy Spring (Md.) Bank has renewed its agreement with the Allpoint surcharge-free ATM network, both companies announced recently. Terms were not disclosed.
Allpoint’s ATMs offer Sandy Spring’s customers convenient access to their funds, says Todd Ellis, the 3.6 billion-asset bank bank’s senior vice president of retail banking.
Allpoint’s ATM network, the world’s largest, includes 37,500 ATMs deployed in several countries, including 35,000 machines in the United States.
The network houses its ATMs in Target, CVS/pharmacy and 7-Eleven stores. Houston-based independent sales organization Cardtronics Inc. owns Bethesda, Md.-based Allpoint.
