First Data Corp. has named W. Patrick Shannon chief financial officer and executive vice president. The payment processor also named Phil Wall chief financial officer of Banc of America Merchant Services LLC.

CircuitCity.com, which sells computers, office accessories and consumer electronics online, has started accepting PayPal payments.

Electronic Payment Exchange will process credit card transactions for ClaimLogic's client base under an agreement between the two companies announced Friday.
