The Houston-based independent sales organization will process the transactions through Cardtronics’ electronic funds transfer network and manage the ATMs beginning Monday. Neither the American Airlines Center nor Cardtronics disclosed the agreement’s terms.

Guaranty Bank branded the ATMs with its name, charging noncustomers a $3 surcharge for cash withdrawals, says a center spokesperson. Guaranty cardholders did not pay a surcharge.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. of Madrid, Spain, owner of BBVA Compass Bank, which is based in Birmingham, Ala., purchased Guaranty Bank in August.

The center is home of the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association and  the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League.
