Comdata’s service will enable CHS to consolidate convenience store, fuel and other operations into a single platform, the Brentwood, Tenn.-based processor noted in a news release. The Smart Solutions service, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Payment Application Data Security Standard, also integrates with multiple payment types, including the leading fleet cards, Comdata noted.

“Comdata’s rich experience in the industry helps it understand the challenges facing petroleum marketers, and Smart Solutions will allow marketers to consolidate equipment, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency,” Rick Cummings, CHS vice president of refined fuels marketing, said in the release.
