Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based Co-op Financial Services announced Thursday it has extended its electronic funds transfer network access agreement with First Data Corp.’s Star Network.

Co-op Financial Services provides STAR Network access to more than 600 credit union members and counts STAR among its preferred EFT networks. Co-op Financial and STAR have worked together since 1985 to ensure member credit unions have secure and reliable network access.
Co-opFinancial Services also uses First Data for processing services for reloadable prepaid cards that it offers to its members.
Credit union-owned Co-op claims 3,000 credit union members with 26 million cardholders.
