The Electronic Transactions Association is rebranding its ETA Annual Meeting and Expo with the new name TRANSACT 14: Powered by ETA.
TRANSACT 14 is reflective of the worldwide paradigm shift in payments, ETAs double-digit growth, and record attendance and exhibitors at our 2013 show, ETA CEO Jason Oxman said in a Dec. 17 press release.
The first conference under the new name is scheduled for April 8-10, 2014 in Las Vegas, according to the release.
The ETA, which has 500 member companies, has been convening annual events for 23 years
ETA officials expect 4,000 attendees from 1,000 companies next year, the release said. The conventioneers will come from 24 countries.
Next years show is scheduled to include seven tracks, and the association is expanding the education and conference schedules.
