Fifth Third Signs New Mexico And Texas Banks

Fifth Third Processing Solutions LLC has signed up three new processing clients, the Cincinnati-based processor announced Jan. 24.

The company will provide debit card-processing, ATM-driving, fraud-protection and card-production services to First New Mexico Bank of Deming, N.M.; Valley Bank of Commerce in Roswell, N.M.; and First State Bank of Mesquite, Texas. First New Mexico has 13 ATMs, Valley Bank has two ATMs and First State Bank has four ATMs.

Fifth Third is a joint venture of Fifth Third Bancorp and Advent International Corp., a private-equity firm.
