Four credit unions have joined Credit Union 24, the nation's largest ATM and point-of-sale network for credit unions, bringing with them 27 additional ATMs, Tallahassee, Fla.-based Credit Union 24 announced yesterday. The credit unions are: Corporate America Family Credit Union in Elgin, Ill.; Catholic Credit Union in Yakima, Wash.; St. Paul Croatian Federal Credit Union in Cleveland; and Members Preferred Credit Union in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Credit Union 24 operates CU Here, a surcharge-free ATM network for member credit unions with more than 50,000 ATM locations nationwide. When credit unions join Credit Union 24, their ATMs become part of the CU 24 ATM network. In this instance, Corporate America contributed 26 ATMs, and Catholic Credit Union contributed one ATM, Credit Union 24 spokesperson Joe Wolf, tells ATM&Debit News, a CardLine sister publication. Members Preferred and St. Paul Croatian did not bring any ATMs into the network, Wolf says. Corporate America is the largest of the new Credit Union 24 members, with 24 branches in 12 states and 74,000 members.
