The Furniture First Inc. buying group has chosen TD Retail Card Services as the private-label credit card services provider for its members, the business unit of TD Bank NA announced on April 4.
Under the agreement, TD Retail Card Services will offer members of the Harrisburg, Pa.-based home furnishings and mattress purchasing cooperative a range of private-label credit card products and services, custom financing options, and special member benefits, according to TD Bank.
Furniture First selected Mahwah, N.J.-based TD Retail Card Services after a seven-store test in which the cooperative’s members experienced strong results in consumer approval rates, credit limits granted and average sale price, Bill Hartman, Furniture First president, said in a news release.
Furniture First members include more than 175 retail furniture dealers operating in more 360 locations nationwide.
