Ingo Names Former MasterCard CEO Lockhart to Board

Ingo Money in Atlanta, Ga., has added former MasterCard president and chief executive H. Eugene Lockhart to its board of directors.

Ingo Money approached Lockhart to help it scale its base of bank and non-bank financial services companies and consumer and small business customers, Ingo said in a Jan. 6 news release.

Lockhart currently serves as special advisor to General Atlantic, a global investment firm, and as chairman and managing partner at MissionOG LLC, a growth equity investment firm.

While president and CEO of MasterCard, Lockhart helped transition the company into a for-profit enterprise. He also served as the president of the Global Retail Bank at Bank of America, prior to the division’s sale to NationsBank.

Ingo Money specializes in digitizing paper checks to provide quick access to funds.
