InteliSpend Adds Discover, MasterCard to Prepaid Product

InteliSpend in Fenton, Mo., has expanded its cash-back incentives after adding Discover and MasterCard to its prepaid network.

InteliSpend offers 5% back on purchases at CVS, Regal Entertainment and other retailers. The company also offers targeted marketing material for merchants to encourage use of its cards, which also operate on Visa's network.

"We've now given our clients the ability to choose their network of choice, and still access the customization options necessary to build an incentive solution," said Sheree Thronsberry, a general manager at InteliSpend, in a Nov. 12 press release.

InteliSpend was acquired last year by BlackHawk, a distributor of gift cards and prepaid telecom products.
