Meriwest Credit Union of San Jose, Calif., will use VSoft Corp.’s technology for remote deposit capture in branches and at ATMs, the vendor announced Dec. 6.

Meriwest will be able to use the software to capture, correct and balance deposits, the Atlanta-based banking technology provider said in a press release.
"We selected VSoft for its flexible [remote deposit capture service] and module approach, which will enable us to seamlessly add technology in the future as we expand our service offerings," Hudson Lee, the credit union's chief financial officer, said in the release.
