NCR Corp. an agreement with NRT Technology Corp. to provide support services for 1,300 NRT cash-redemption devices used in casinos nationwide, the Duluth, Ga.-based ATM and kiosk maker announced Dec. 23.
NRT, which supplies self-serve cash-handling kiosks to casinos, said it chose NCR for its ability to support older machines, according to NCR.
“Our casino customers operate day and night, and our [Ticker-in/Ticket-out] machines must be readily available and running seamlessly at all times to ensure that guests have the best experience,” John Dominelli, NRT president and chief executive, said in a press release.
