Ontario Systems, a national provider of accounts receivable management software, has announced its annual user conference will be held August 6 – 8 in downtown Indianapolis at the JW Marriott hotel and conference center.
The three-day event’s theme is ‘Play to Win’ and is designed to help Ontario Systems’ ARM and health care customers look for new ways to win more profitable business, advance their collection operations and learn about both new and evolving regulations, according to a news release.
“ ‘Play to Win’ reflects our customers’ commitment to hard work and preparation,” said Tony Reisz, CEO of Ontario Systems. “Like any world-class athlete, they suit up every day and play the game to the best of their ability. They are always looking for ways to develop themselves for peak performance in order to find an edge over their competition. Our conference will give them the specific tools and information they need to raise their game to an even higher level.”
According to the release, the conference kicks off with "inspiring and world-renowned" keynote speaker Verne Harnish. It features six tracks designed for executives, managers and hands-on users. The expanded schedule will focus on how to profitably navigate the increasingly complex issues collections businesses and operations are currently facing.
The event's topics include accounts receivable management compliance and legislative issues, how to more effectively use accumulated data, how to implement new and improved contact strategies and how to capitalize on partner services. There also will be sessions that address issues unique to the health care industry.
According to the release, the conference includes more than 30 break-out sessions, dozens of product demonstrations and hundreds to network with, plus live music and other activities to allow Ontario Systems clients the ability to relax and recharge. An awards ceremony will be held at the NCAA’s Hall of Champions (World headquarters for the NCAA) and events involving the Indianapolis Indians, a AAA minor league baseball team that plays games directly across the street from the hotel, are being planned.
“We’re thrilled to bring this year’s conference back to Indianapolis,” said Rozanne Andersen, Chief Marketing Officer of Ontario Systems. “This year’s ‘Play to Win’ theme allows us to capitalize on the competitive environment our clients work within each day, in an incredible sports-focused city that has recently hosted events such as the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four and the Indianapolis 500. Ultimately, we want our clients to leave this conference feeling educated, confident with the tools they use from Ontario Systems and motivated to advance their businesses and beat their competition.”
