Chase Paymentech Solutions LLC has rolled out a suite of services called Safetech Fraud and Security Solutions, the New York-based merchant-processing unit of JPMorgan Chase & Co. announced Jan. 18.

The services help protect merchants from data breaches and fraud both online and at the point of sale. Chase Paymentech said the suite will include fraud tools and encryption services.
“Our merchants are challenged with managing the risks associated with consumer transactions,” Mike Duffy, Chase Paymentech president, said in a press release. The suite “will provide our customers with the advanced tools they need to fight fraud,” he said.
