Qatar Bank Launches Three Cash-Back Rewards Cards

The International Bank of Qatar has launched three credit cards, each of which offers 5% cash-back rewards on all purchases, the bank announced Saturday. The bank's new Gold MasterCard, Platinum Visa and Infinite Visa cards support chip-and-PIN purchases. All three cards include free travel insurance and purchase protection, no annual fees for the first year, SMS mobile text-message notifications for every transaction, and 24-hour customer service. The Infinite Visa card, offered only to customers with high net worth, also provides a 24-hour concierge service. The bank claims its cards are the first in Qatar to offer cash-back rewards on card purchases.
