Las Vegas-based Allcom will make Spindle's payment processing services available to Allcom's clients. And Spindle, of Scottsdale, Ariz., will resell Allcom's business communications services to its customers. Allcom's services include toll-free voice authorization technology, prepaid cards, and international dialing solutions.

"Allcom engages thousands of small businesses around the country. This relationship gives us a tremendous opportunity to expand our client base by delivering a broad portfolio of services that are relevant to businesses of all types and sizes," says Bill Clark, chief executive officer at Spindle, in a May 15 press release.

Earlier this week, Spindle agreed to make its merchant approval platform available to U.S.-based clients of iConnect, a Colorado-based provider of point of sale technology.
