Under the agreement, TD will direct all aspects of the Cub Cadet Powercard with Cub Cadet’s nationwide network of independent dealers. The card will offer a range of revolving and installment finance options for consumer and commercial accounts.

Last week, the Mahwah, N.J.-based unit of bank parent Toronto-Dominion said it inked a deal to work with a brand of Ashley Furniture Industries Inc. (see story). The issuer has also signed credit card agreements with a home furnishings and mattress purchasing cooperative, a retail jeweler and a recreational vehicle and cargo trailer manufacturer.

TD agreed in August to buy Bank of America’s Corp.’s Canadian credit card business (see story).
