Total System Services Inc., a United States-based transaction processor commonly known as TSYS, this week announced two deals that will expand the company's reach into Europe and Latin America. The firm says it has signed a deal to provide "end-to-end payment services" to PaySquare , a company based in the Netherlands that issues MasterCard- and Visa-branded credit cards and provides acquiring services for most major card brands. PaySquare began outsourcing processing to TSYS in October. In Latin America, TSYS will process cards in Mexico for Tarjetas Unisoluciones S.A. DE C.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Unibanco Brasil, under a deal announced Tuesday.
