The CCAA represents the most prestigious commercial collection agencies in the United States. CCAA members are the only group of collection agencies certified by the CLLA.

Founded in 1895, the CLLA is the oldest association in America dedicated to serving the needs of attorneys and professionals who assist businesses with bankruptcy, collections, and other legal matters.

"The CCAA is focused on service and protection for the commercial credit community, and works to elevate the standards of the industry by providing educational, legislative, promotional, and administrative services for its members," says CCAA Executive Director Emil Hartleb.

To be awarded a certificate of compliance, CCAA members must meet the high standards set forth in the CCAA by-laws, according to the association.

"Through its CLLA certification, United Recovery Systems demonstrates its focus on meeting the needs of the business community for accounts receivable management outsourcing," says company president Jim Kelleher.

United Recovery Systems provides accounts receivable management services to credit grantors. Founded in 1977, the company is privately held and operates six facilities in Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma and Monterrey, Mexico.
