Veritec Financial Systems Inc. has entered into an agreement with a California-based global broadcasting system to market its Visa-branded prepaid debit card to Asian communities worldwide.

The Blinx On-Off prepaid card can be deactivated with a text message if the cardholder loses the card. Users also can transfer funds from card to card with a text message or through a dedicated web site.
