Virginia Credit Union Offers 5% Cash Back At Pump

Alexandria, Va.-based Pentagon Federal Credit Union said it is providing members with 5% cash back on every gas purchase paid for at the pump and 1% cash back on all other purchases with the use of its PenFed Visa Platinum Cash Rewards Card.

There is no limit to the cash back a cardholder can receive.

The offer comes as gas prices are surging to their highest levels in three years, with the average nearing $4 per gallon nationwide.
