Discover Financial Services has named Christina Favilla president of Discover Bank. Favilla, who will focus on marketing and new products, previously was first vice president, banking and cash management, product development at T.D. Waterhouse.

Zoot Enterprises, a Bozeman, Mont.-based provider of instant credit-decisioning and loan-origination services, has named Dennis Dixon as its president. Before joining Zoot, Dixon founded and managed EDS Montana, a software-development and integration-services division of EDS Corp.
Fastlane, a Boulder, Colo.-based payment network that enables consumers to use their driver's licenses to initiate transactions, has hired Harry Clark as national sales manager. Clark previously was director of ISO and third-party sales at Certegy Inc.
