Wincor Nixdorf has an installed base of approximately 10,000 ATM and self-service devices across India, according to a company.

Wincor Nixdorf will work with its local strategic partner, AGS Infotech, to develop managed services projects with banks across the country. The tower will help enable the company to offer remote services to banks whose previous service contracts may have run out.

“Banks must ensure consumers have access to their cash and other key services at any given moment,” says Sathyan Gopalan, managing director, Wincor Nixdorf India. “Wincor Nixdorf’s control tower will monitor ATM and self-service networks to ensure the highest possible availability of systems to support and improve a bank’s customer service.”
