Wolfe Rebrands Rewards and Loyalty Unit as OmniCard

Wolfe LLC is changing the name of its Wolfe Rewards and Loyalty business to OmniCard, a move designed to reflect the operation's range of offerings.

"We provide a broad array of card products and services, each tailored to the needs of our clients. As their needs change, so do our custom solutions. With our print-on-demand fulfillment capabilities, we can be extremely flexible and time-sensitive," said Jason Wolfe, CEO of OmniCard, in a release.

OmniCard provides customized rewards and loyalty card products and programs corporate clients such as Google, Reese's, and Ford Lincoln. OmniCard LLC is owned by OmniPrepaid LLC, which is a unit of Wolfe.

OmniCard has worked with more than 5,000 companies since 2004. Its core product is an open-loop Visa or MasterCard that can be branded with its client’s logos. It also operates the corporate version of the consumer site GiftCards.com.

The company’s competitors include Zeevex, a stored-value card company that recently launched a gift card exchange; and Gyft, which recently entered a partnership with Bitcoin payment processor BitPay to accept bitcoins for mobile gift cards.
